For the month of December 2008, Air Canada reported a record load factor of 81.7 per cent on a consolidated basis with Jazz, versus 78.8 per cent in December 2007, an increase of 2.9 percentage points.

For the full year 2008, load factor was 81.4 per cent on a consolidated basis with Jazz, a record for the fifth consecutive year, versus 80.6 percent in 2007, an increase of 0.8 percentage points.
 
Air Canada mainline reported a load factor of 82.7 per cent in December 2008 compared to 79.3 per cent in December 2007; an increase of 3.4 percentage points.

And it continues in 2009

For the month of January 2009, Air Canada reported a record load factor of 78.1 per cent on a consolidated basis with Jazz, versus 77.9 per cent in January 2008, an increase of 0.2 percentage points.
